Jets won't fire coach Todd Bowles before season is over, report says

The Jets won’t be getting rid of Todd Bowles — yet.

According to NFL Media, the Jets plan on keeping Bowles on board until the end of the season, despite their current struggles.

The Jets suffered a blowout loss to Bills Sunday, with the 41-10 score being New York’s worst loss of the season.

According to the report, the team won’t be “rash” in its decision around Bowles. However, if the team has another terrible loss like Sunday’s, the Jets’ front office likely will look into other options.

The Jets sit last in the AFC East with a 3-7 record. They will have a chance to rest this week during their bye and start fresh in Week 12 action against the Patriots.
