The Heat have recognized the contributions of Chris Bosh.
Miami retired the forward’s jersey Tuesday during halftime of its matchup against the Magic. Team president Pat Riley introduced Bosh in front of the crowd just before his No.1 was lifted into the rafters.
The team also played a tribute video to honor him.

Bosh, 35, averaged 18.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in his six seasons with Miami.
The 11-time All-Star won a pair of NBA championships with the Heat in 2012 and 2013.
Unfortunately, Bosh was forced to step away from Miami in Feb. 2016 after he was diagnosed with blood clots. He made multiple unsuccessful attempts to return to the league and said last month he was no longer focusing on a comeback.
