The Predators seem to want to add Matt Duchene.
Nashville not only wants to acquire the center from the Senators, but they may want to give him a contract extension, as well, according to a report from Sportsnet.

Duchene, 28, has scored 27 goals and added 31 assists for Ottawa this season. He is a free agent after 2018-19 and would be a rental for whatever team acquires him.
He has been with the Senators since he was traded by the Avalanche in the middle of last season. The Senators may hold him out of Thursday’s game against the Devils, but he told reporters he had not been told that as of yet.
Ottawa is also reportedly trying to sign winger Mark Stone to an extension. The offer is rumored to be for five years with around a $10.5 million average annual value.
