Earl Thomas could have multiple options in free agency.
Several teams are interested in the 29-year-old safety and there’s a strong market for him, according to a report from The Athletic, which cites unidentified league sources.
The Cowboys have long been linked to Thomas as they reportedly tried to acquire him from the Seahawks in September. Dallas has “begun in-house discussions” about pursuing him, according to an earlier report from 247Sports.
Thomas broke his leg in late October and was limited to just three games for Seattle in 2018. He tallied 22 total tackles and three interceptions before suffering the injury.
Thomas has spent his entire career with the Seahawks. He has made six Pro Bowls and won a Super Bowl during his nine NFL seasons.
