The injury report listed Brady as having a knee injury and an illness. The knee issue is believed to be from Week 10’s game against the Titans, but NFL Network reported the illness is the primary reason Brady did not practice.
The NFL Network also reported Brady will play Sunday, though his official designation is questionable.

Brady was limited Wednesday, and the team did not practice Thanksgiving Day.
USA Today notes Friday was the first practice Brady has missed during this regular season. If he doesn’t play Sunday, it would be his first non-appearance since the 2008 season, with the exception of his four-game Deflategate suspension.
