Arvidsson returned from a three-game absence Saturday after dealing with a lower-body injury, but was hurt when he crashed into the boards during the Predators’ 5-4 overtime win over the Stars.
He was placed on injured reserve this week with what Nashville called an upper-body injury.
Arvidsson, 25, has eight goals and five assists in 13 games this season. He logged 29 goals and 61 points in 78 games during the 2017-18 campaign.
The Predators (13-4-1) are slated to visit the Coyotes (8-8-1) at 9 p.m. ET Thursday.
