Albert Wilson may be off the field for a while.
The Dolphins are expected to put the 26-year-old wide receiver on injured reserve, according to a report from the NFL Network. Wilson, however, will not require surgery on his injured hip.
Wilson has a chance to return in December, according to the report.

The five-year veteran originally suffered the injury in the Dolphins’ 32-21 loss to the Lions last weekend. He caught three passes for 32 yards in the game.
Wilson has been the Dolphins best wide receiver this season. He has tallied 26 catches for 391 yards and four touchdowns in seven games.
Wilson signed a three-year deal with Miami in the offseason after beginning his career with the Chiefs.
The Dolphins will face the Texans in Week 8 action Thursday.
