Green Bay will face its toughest battle yet when it visits Los Angeles in Week 8.
The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook on Monday opened the Packers as 8.5-point underdogs ahead of Sunday’s game against the Rams, according to ESPN.
The report noted the line is the largest total by which quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been an underdog in his 14-year career. The last time Green Bay faced such tough odds was when the Packers were 8-point underdogs to the Seahawks in 2014.
Meanwhile, the undefeated Rams have been favored by at least 6.5 points in every game this season.
Rodgers once again proved no one is better than him in the fourth quarter as he finished last Monday’s thrilling win over the 49ers having completed 25-of-46 passes for 425 yards and two touchdowns — all while sporting a knee brace. And he’ll only be more motivated this week without it.
Los Angeles (7-0) is slated to host Green Bay (3-2-1) at 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday.
